Sante of North Scottsdale is seeking talented and committed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our organization. Full time and Part time shifts are available.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing assigned guests with routine daily nursing care and services.
Check each guest routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in
Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests daily care routine have been
Inform the Admissions Nurse and/or Director of Nursing of any changes in the guests
Assist guests with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and
Ensure that guests rooms are ready for receiving and make guests comfortable.
Assist guests during admissions, transfers and discharges. This will include but is not limited to preparing guests room for arrival, assisting guest to room and/or bed, introduce the guest to roommate and necessary staff, make guest as comfortable as possible, inventory and store guests belongings, assist guest with packing/unpacking and helping guest to and from
Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive
Other duties as assigned
