  Sante Operations is hiring Marketing Liaisons to support the Home Health division and Transitional Rehab properties. We are seeking Liaisons who have either a strong clinical background (RN, LPN, Social Worker, Therapist) OR who have multiple years of healthcare sales experience (post-acute, ALF/LTC/Rehab). The Marketing Liaison will be hospital based and will be tasked to increase patient referral volume. Bring your clinical knowledge, sales experience, relationship development skills, and outgoing personality to Sante and support our growing Home Health and Transitional Rehab divisions.

Catalog and maintain CRM records on all relevant contacts and influencers of referrals in an assigned territory (including assigned referral hospitals).  
Visit contacts in assigned territories and communities regularly. Prospect for new relationship opportunities. Acts as liaison between the agency, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and community organizations
Able to evaluate potential admissions as needed.
Educate all targeted contacts in the Liaisons territory about Sante Home Health patient services and Transitional Rehab properties.
Provide education to prospective referral sources, patients and family members on Sante Home Health patient services and Transitional Rehab properties.
Assist in developing a market plan using data to aid in defining and meeting goals. Participate in special marketing events that may be facility specific or company-wide, such as trade shows, industry events, or vendor fairs.
Call on community agencies to educate about Sante Home Health patient services and Transitional Rehab properties with the goal of obtaining referrals for appropriate patients.
Be available to work weekends as part of rotating schedules to maintain and provide weekend coverage for events and admissions operations.
Travel to outlying hospitals from time to time for sales & marketing calls to promote awareness of Sante Home Health patient services and Transitional Rehab properties and seek referrals and build relationships.


Bachelors degree preferred.
Clinical background from licensed experience (RN, LPN, Therapist, or Social Worker)
OR
5 years experience in healthcare sales (post-acute, ALF/LTC/Rehab)
Related experience in a multiple service health care model preferred.
Strong working knowledge of medical terminology
Valid driver's license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
Knowledge of reimbursement systems, managed care and commercial healthcare contracts, and admissions process.
Knowledge and understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations for long-term care.
Knowledge and understanding of post-acute services, including: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), Home Health, and/or Hospice.
