Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must currently hold RN licensure through the Arizona State Board of Nursing.  
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year structured 3.0 training experience.
  • MDS/RAC-CT certification preferred. Must obtain certification within six months of hire.
