Sante Scottsdale is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full time position. We offer a generous therapy space with updated equipment and resources. We are a dedicated team seeking a "guest focused", talented new member. Our transitional rehabilitation facility offers guests hotel style accommodations, a full service dining restaurant and lobby bistro, meditation garden, salon and state-of-the art rehab facilities.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing in-patient acute care Physical Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians orders.

Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility and referred by nursing to determine need for intervention/treatment.
Evaluates guests to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.
Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
Monitors guests response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.
Develops appropriate home or community programming to maintain and enhance the performance of the guest in their own environment.


Bachelor or Masters of Physical Therapy from an accredited program required, Doctorate preferred
Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
Licensure as a Physical Therapist through the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in LTC/SNF/Rehab environments.
