Sante Scottsdale, a luxury Rehab/Acute care property is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for both weekday and weekend shifts. We have a full range of both high and low tech equipment, modalities to help maximize strength and minimize discomfort and multiple types of strengthening equipment.
Sante N. Scottsdale is the recipient of the 2018 Bronze National Quality Award-Commitment to Excellence, presented by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. Scottsdale is located off the 101 and Princess/Pima exit in North Scottsdale.

The Physical Therapist (PRN) is responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians orders
Provides Physical Therapy services to guests in a safe and effective manner. Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice, and department procedures.
Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility and referred by nursing to determine need for intervention/treatment
Evaluates guests to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.
Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to guests, family, and other team members.
Establishes individual guest schedules in conjunction with other team members.
Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
