Sante Tucson is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RN's) for day and night shifts. All shifts are 12 hours.
Sante Tucson transitional rehabilitation center offers hotel style accommodations, a full service dining restaurant, meditation garden, salon and state-of-the art rehab facilities. Our property is in close proximity to Tucson Medical Center, St. Josephs Hospital and surrounding medical districts.
Sante is a moderate sized, growing healthcare management company with five properties in Arizona providing Acute Care/Transitional Rehabilitation plus Home Health and Hospice for a continuum of care.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible to provide direct, compassionate nursing care to guests and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Ensures that all nursing personnel assigned comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. Collaborate with other property departments to ensure guests total regimen of care is maintained. Admit, transfer and discharge guests as required. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
