Sante of Chandler is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN schedule. This position primarily works a weekday schedule with an occasional weekend as needed. 

Sante provides luxurious accommodations to our guests and visitors in a resort-style setting with full service dining, state-of-the art rehab facilities, meditation garden, private rooms and more! We are conveniently located off the 101 near Chandler Fashion Center. 


The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing and directing Speech Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians orders.
Provides Speech Therapy services to guests in a safe and effective manner. Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice, and department procedures.
Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility and referred by nursing to determine need for intervention/treatment.
Evaluates guests to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.
Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to guests, family, and other team members.
Establishes individual guest schedules in conjunction with other team members.
Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.


  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist through the Arizona Department of Health Services.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
